If they've done their time, yes.



Interesting side stat. Governor of Virginia cleared ~60K felons to vote in this election. Crooked won Va by ~60K votes.

Once they have served their time and completed probation and everything related to the charge is settled, I suppose so.

We say they have "paid their debt to society" so they've paid their debt to society.

IMHO they should have the right to vote but I don't think it should be given to them immediately upon release. After demonstrating their lack of regard for the nation's laws there should be a time period where they demonstrate a new resolve to follow the rules.

Give it to them upon release and the DNC will have voter registration offices next to every prison across the nation.

Releases yes

They served their time.

People in jail no. Should be something they gave up by their acts.

Once all their time is fully served (Parole/Probation and Suspended Sentences too) and all their Fines paid.....yes.
