Then you need to leave the state and get tackles...You have to go where ever and get a tackle or tackles. Looks like that was done in 2015 and 2016.

Certainly, and that's kinda implied in what I wrote. But, again, where were they? What players in Texas, Florida or anywhere else did LSU have a shot at? Would anyone like to provide some likely possibilities LSU missed on?

I think maybe Stud banked everything on Robinson, but don't know if that was his only choice. The year before, Pocic was a 5-star or at least close, and Dodd was a 4-star, so it's not like they weren't aware they needed to look elsewhere. And that implies they were at least trying.

Trying isn't good enough. it's LSU you expect to win championships.

You expect to be a national brand.

Go get them. Go identify talent and bring them home. You can't worry about who a guy is committed to. Committed to Bama? Flip them then.

Don't tell me you tried. Show me a championship team.

Well, what kills me is the stubborn insistence of playing the only guys who seem to be natural T's at fricking C or G (see Pocic, Ethan). Even with changing Oline coaches, this still continued to happen, so the answer was to get rid of the problem.

Now, we all move on and expect better.
