It's gotta be humbling. Doesn't mean he can't be pretty confident.
I'd be extremely surprised if he's not nervous. Ask any extremely wealthy, extremely successful person you know if they still get nervous before huge performances/events, and if your relationship with them is candid enough, I can almost guarantee they'll tell you yes.

Mick Jagger after 50+ years of performing before large crowds is by several accounts still nervous as a cat before each concert, but once he hits the stage he is in his element and the show is on, Trump is probably the same way in a lot of respects.
