Latinos is the block he can easily swing his way. Secure the border, deport non-citizens who commit felonies, and start building infrastructure (employ a ton of latinos). If he does that he can improve that voter percentage significantly, while still maintaining his support in the white community.

Unfortunately, the black community already votes for a party that doesn't do anything thing positive for them. I don't see how you could quickly change their voting patterns.
