Go to the doctor ASAP. Yes, it may just be a cyst or fibrocystic breast changes, but you don't want to chance that it is something else. It is true that caffeine can affect fibrocystic changes, but that might not be the case here.

I have had problems like this since I was in my 20s and luckily they have all turned out to be nothing serious. I had a lump removed a few years ago which scared the shite out of me. There is nothing like hearing the words "abnormal mammogram" on the day your childhood best friend dies from breast cancer at age 41. Several members of my family have had breast cancer so my doctor is extra cautious because from what I understand, these types of lumps sometimes can mask other true cancerous lumps.
