It helps when your QB is mobile and can actually throw the deep ball. Kelly is light years better than Etling will ever be IMO.
A lot of what ifs, but we could be 8-0 right now with a QB like him at the helm.

I find Trump's win last night to be less of a mystery than LSU scoring ZERO compared to Ole Miss's 43!!! I struggle to believe that the difference between Etling and Kelly is 40 plus points, but I grudgingly agree. I like Etling, but he is a very strong backup on most teams, and maybe struggles to be 3rd string on most top 20 teams. The game plan was far too conservative, and only a reckless and risky offensive plan, combined with the game of Etling's life would have worked.
