95 Nebraska vs either team wouldn't be close. Miami played close games. Bama has played close games. 95 Nebraska could name their score against anyone. I don't think younger people realize how good this team was. They also run an offense that you're not normally preparing for. That Nebraska team was just amazing to watch.

Can someone remind me what happened to that team in 96? I know they were easily number 1 going into their first road game but I can't remember what happened, who won, who they played and how many points they scored in their first road game...its kinda fuzzy. Thanks in advance.

Becasue of how prolific the offense was, many forget how nasty the Blackshirt defense was.
