73 moved about 5 yards to his right. The tackle box is where the players are when they line up, not when the play has started.

#73 is sliding out. Its not where the tackle is, its where they start. This was not a bad call, IMO, and I have been very vocal about how awful the refs were.
ETA: I see the rule, but they NEVER call it based on 5 yards from the center. If they are going to follow the letter of the lW, always, then fine. They dont though and we wouldve screamed bloody murder about getting that call against us.
