Most people recommend staying in Bronze until lvl 12-13 minimum unless you have a bunch of rank X kits and weapons, then you might be able to jump into silver earlier.

I've been playing the single player the past two days and just got done building the first outpost. Haven't played multiplayer yet. What makes it good? Is it like arena matches or more open world? Im new to mass effect so don't know too much about it. I think this game is getting more heat than it should btw.
