At the labor level


Shell worldwide implemented DISA testing effective October 1, 2016.

If you sign all the checks for Shell you went through DISA hair follicle, oral swab and alcohol breath test. You don't get in the plant if you didn't no matter what you are doing unless escorted for a very few minutes.

Oral swab is as accurate as hair follicle. They take hair samples from various area of head. Shaving eliminates you from entrance.

I had six employees balk and tell me "they will lose all the good employees by putting this in place."

I lost 6 dope heads.

Years ago I did whatever I wanted. When I had to decide if I pissed clear and made a good living or kept smoking and fried chicken I decided to grow up.

I loved smoking weed but like it or not it is still illegal.

These are the requirements for this employment. If you don't want to comply, find some other employment. Pretty simple.
