I uploaded/submitted title/registration/license on 10/19 and then got the following email on 10/26:

Currently, your application contains all of the necessary documentation to determine your eligibility. We are now determining your eligibility and will inform you whether you are eligible to participate in the VW/Audi Diesel Emissions Settlement Program.
Haven't heard anything since then.

You guys were never given any kind of date? Maybe I had just submitted my VIN number a long time ago to see if I was "eligible" or something. I was told that my estimated buyback time would be ~12/15 as long as my paperwork was reviewed properly. Then I got a similar email to yours, except it said I needed to re-upload my registration with an updated copy (which like you I wasn't planning to update since I was turning the vehicle in soon, was going to roll the dice in regards to a ticket).
