How does everyone think this is going to play out?

You have the Ohio ADA saying he's not going to press charges but believes there were multiple altercations in July.

quote:

For the Ezekiel Elliott matter, I personally believe that there were a series of interactions between Mr. Elliott and (his accuser) where violence occurred,"

The NFL has a history of suspending players with no evidence, ala Tom Brady and others I'm sure of.

Anyway, Alfred Morris seems to be a great add.

If you have the roster spot, Morris is definitely worth a pickup. I've got him on one of my teams.

Morris should have been on a roster in most leagues all year. I drafted him with my last pick.

The NFL does not care if he was charged or not. If this blows up even more they will suspend based on bad publicity for the league.

So, there was a separate incident in February. On phone so don't feel like linking, but if you Google his name you will see it. All the major outlets have a story up. Does this mean there's a strong chance he's suspended soon?

Debating on whether to drop Kelley for Morris. I have Bell, Michael, Dion Lewis and Starks.

I tend to think if a suspension comes down it will be the beginning of next season. But the zek owner should already be handcuffing with morris anyway.

Elliott was in Florida training for the NFL Draft. The former Ohio State running back says that the woman refused to leave, so he decided to lock himself in his room. The woman didn't want Elliott to lock himself in his room, so she grabbed him around the waist, and at that point, Elliot pushed her off.

After police investigated the incident, they found no signs of injury. Although the woman was told she could filed charges against Elliott, it appears that she decided not to. A spokesperson for the Miami-Dade State Attorney's office told USA Today that there's no record of the accuser filing chargers and that the case was never forwarded to the prosecutor's office for review.

quote:

In the incident report written by police, the woman didn't call herself Elliot's girlfriend, she said they were "friends with benefits."

quote:

"For the Ezekiel Elliott matter, I personally believe that there were a series of interactions between Mr. Elliott and (his accuser) where violence occurred," Tobias wrote in an email. "However, given the totality of the circumstances, I could not firmly conclude exactly what happened."

Kind of questionable ethically for the city attorney to publicly give opinions like this, imo.

All of this. If anything happens it will be next season. Personally I wouldn't handcuff with Morris, I can and do have a better back on my bench.
