TE ROS help - pitta or fleener in .5 PPR

Need to clear a bench spot and while I'm not wild about either of these guys, who is the best to keep for ROS in a half point ppr? Thanks for any and all help

Fleener played ~37% of the snaps last week
Fleener will have his big moments, though. Pitta is just much more consistent.

Tough - Saints are the #1 passing team in the league, however they showed a commitment to run the ball last week, Brees has a history of spreading the wealth, especially to TE's, but Fleener has been very inconsistant and didnt play many snaps last week,
If you are looking for just a solid performance 4-5 points Pitta, however if you want to go for broke, Fleener, Brees has many great days in San Fran, it might be the weekend Fleener has that 12-15 point weekend
