Ok smart guy, please point to me where Les said anything?
it was one of the basic parameters of him being kept last year
the fact that he 'tried' to reach out to other coaches for input on how to evolve says alot.
but when it was showtime, the dude didn't change one thing about it. it was like he was saying frick you to the admin and fans.

When you say he lied to the fans, then yes, yes I do. Because he never once stood up and addressed the fan base promising changes.
When you say he lied to his boss, well I and you have no fricking clue what was discussed.
