100% Kiffin takes the OC if offered.

WTF

A. He's winning more at Bama
B. Nothing looks better on your resume than time under Saban, especially when you're trying to rebuild your reputation of being immature and hard to work with
C. He's making absurd amounts of money, which we could match but would not go much over
D. He's 1 or 2 years away from a HC job and he knows it. Why leave?

I don't think there's any chance in hell. He will always be successful in Bama. It's pretty much guaranteed. His stock will just continue to rise. If he comes here into a new situatin, there's a chance his stock could fall. If I wanted to be a head coach at any point in time (which I'm sure he does), I wouldn't leave my meal ticket and just about guaranteed success at my current position.
