what impresses you? Losing to SMU and Navy?
getting curb stomped by Louisville (63 to fricking 20)? losing at home to UNC? boat racing Wake forest 17-6?

maybe you are not a Jimbo/herman guy

so who impresses adamb? who's your guy AND why?

Yeah completely cleaning house and losing a year in recruiting is a great way to continue winning

Coach O has completely turned the program around in one month.

Sigh.

Lets flash back to this time 1 year ago. LSU is 7-0 headed into the pre-Bama bye week. The team had just come off a 3 game stretch that consisted of a bad SEC team in South Carolina, A good SEC team in Florida and a CUSA team W. Kentucky.

USC- 624 yards of offense
FLA- 423 yards of offense
WKU- 497 yards of offense

2016, LSU has just come off a 3 game stretch that consisted of a bad SEC team, a not-good SEC team in Ole miss and a CUSA team S. Miss.

Mizzou- 634 yards of offense
USM- 459 yards of offense
Ole Miss- 515 yards of offense

nice stats from last year.

How bout the stats from the 1st 4 games? oh, that doesnt support your narrative.

I said he has completely turned it around. Has he not?
a once anemic offense and listless squad is now firing on all cylinders, is balanced, all while the team seems galvanized. is that not completely turning it around? I think that is exactly what it is

I prefer a coach with a winning record as a HC. I would prefer someone who is actually a brilliant football mind with a track record of developing QB's. Not someone who's best attribute is his ability to let his asst coaches coach.

You are riding high on Orgeron because he is motivating players he for the most part did not recruit, and because he is letting his asst coaches, that he did not hire, coach. How does this make any sense?

What about what O did at USC? People tend to forget about that and always bring up Ole Miss. I cant stand our pussy fan base, Coach O is our coach, get over it. BEBE gonna change the culture and will be the next Saban of college football

Yea because Herman wouldnt be able to recruit here.

You people are ridiculous with your one sided views on who LSU's coach should be. There are a dozen coaches LSU could hire that will keep this program headed in the right direction. There is more than just one answer.

lol please give me an example of a long standing coach being fired and then an outside hire coming in and continuing the success. I'm all ears. All I recall are horror stories. Tennessee, Texas, USC, penn state all come to mind. What makes you think lsu is any different?

Bebe has shown that he is willing to let his coaches coach here. That was his biggest flaw in the past, he knows his role now, and thats to be the motivator he is and over see everything. (Hence what miles should have done) this is his dream job and the timing is just right for the fit! Bebe will bring LSU to the playoffs multiple times in the next 6 years. His recruiting is also elite, no fall for LSU there.

It was specifically about record, pretty much every other Ole Miss coach in their entire history had a better record than he did.

So you are saying, because of his record at ole miss 10 years ago, he cant change and improve as a coach? And he hasnt improved since then?

This is ban worthy.

Nevertheless this type of post makes me feel even better about not being on the O bandwagon.

you got any reason why you think coach O isnt fit for the gig? or do you just like shiny new things?

Do you believe that Jimbo or Herman would have lost any of these 3 games? Hell, you admitted that Miles probably would have won all 3. Let's see how the team fares down the stretch.
