ORGERON'S strengths:
1. Elite recruiter with expansive relationships in our territory.
2. Energy and passion that is contagious. Beloved by all players
3. Holds his players accountable.you practice like shite your ads rides the pine. You are 5th string and shine in practice and you will get reps in the game.
4. Self awareness: has been open and honest about his development as a coach and leader. Admits things he did wrong in the past and learned from them. He also has learned a great deal from Jimmy Johnson and Pete carroll. This trait is very important in a coach.
5. Let's his coordinators do their job until they prove they can't (see the consultant brought in to help special teams).
A lot of great qualities.
