I started attending (as a kid) in the mid-70's and remember it well. Hell, I remember fans yelling it on the way out of the stadium after every game the preceded the Ole Miss game.

The first game I ever attended at Tiger Stadium was the 1971 game against Alabama, where we lost 14-7. I remember walking around the stadium with my brothers and my Dad and seeing "Go to Hell, Ole Miss" in grafitti on the side of one of the stadium gates. Also heard lots of people saying it.
I also remember seeing "Archie Who?" in grafitti on the side of the stadium.

My older brother was there in 1970 when we crushed Ole Miss. We spoiled Archie's chances of a natty that year. He rushed the field and body surfed Bert Jones. They were screaming it back then.
Been around a while.
