Actually yes you moron he's stated this in press conferences since getting the Interim tag. He said he wanted to have his hands on every little thing at OP. He even said that he had a great coordinator in Mazzonne, but he forced the USC offense on him even when Mazzonne wasn't very familiar with it. He's said he tried having a part in every facet of the game, but he knows that was a mistake. He knows he must put together a great staff and delegate to them. As head coach he would need to motivate and lead this team in the right direction as well as recruit his arse off. Now should he be the number 1 candidate? No but barring a catastrophic failure in this last half of the season, he should be right in the mix. LSU MUST MAKE HERMAN SAY NO before moving on to other candidates.

That's my point man.

Maybe he has, maybe he hasn't. The fact is, you dont know. You just know what he told you.

I'm not willing to risk the entire LSU football program on a guy who TOLD me he now knows how to run a program, even though he hasn't done it since Ole Miss.
