They are just going to bump up the buyout, so Houston can get more money back from him leaving. He will do this to help out Houston in the event Texas or LSU wants him, if they really want him they will pay whatever price tag it takes.

If it's between Texas, LSU or USC ,unless the $ is twice as much, Herman goes to USC or LSU. Looking at the whole picture that Texas situation with the boosters and athletic administration is a fricking nightmare to deal with. I guess there is, but it would need to be a shite load of $ (8 or 10 mil)to be the coach of Texas. Doesn't Saban & Urban get around 8 mil now ?
