Let me answer with myself as a test subject.

Last 10 years:

Drank 6-8 diet sodas a day.
Ate fast food 3-4 times a week.
Never cooked food just used microwave.
Ate dessert with lunch and dinner.
Sat behind a desk all day.

Result? Gained 44 pounds of pure fat despite running 3-5 miles a day

Last 3 months:
Stopped all diet sodas and only drink water.
Have not eaten a single dessert.
Cooked every meal at home using chicken, beef and vegetables.
Avoided all sugar whenever possible.

Result? Despite not counting calories or increasing my activity level, I have lost 30lbs. I have not even felt the least bit hungry. Without all the sugar, my body does not crave food all night like before. It is amazing.

Conclusion? The food they are selling us is slowly poisoning us.
