re: Anyone use the Charbroil Big Easy Oil-Less Fryer for their holiday turkeys?

I've owned a Big Easy SRG 3-in-1 for four years and I don't believe there's an easier way to "fry" a turkey. Mine holds up to a 25 pound bird. I leave the lid on for the first 30 minutes then off the rest of the cook time. If I recall correctly, cooking 10 minutes per pound is the ticket.
