If Alleva gets sufficient egg on his face then maybe he will be fired this season too.

I think if anything this situation and how he has handled it has improved his standing in most LSU people's eyes.

Alleva has given fans a lot of reason to trash him, but this is not one of them. He's shown more sack this week than I would have ever given him credit for

As much heat as Alleva takes for not listening to rantards on every issue, he should be appreciated for doing a great job and showing guts on the Fla forfeit. He deserves recognition.
