I currently have bell, demarco, and c-mike as rb and want to trade one of them to upgrade wr. Who can I get for them?

That depends on your potential trade partner's need at RB and their stock of WRs.
I usually start by looking at other teams in my league to see who might be interested in a RB and then look at what they have that I would want.

Definitely would not do that man. Ridiculously lopsided, imo. And not in your favor. (if you have murray and alshon)

I've got a team that could use RB help and I have brown but I wouldn't take that trade. It's not enough for Brown imo.
