So I understand the game not being played in Gainsville, however, Ga. Tech was out of town. Not too far from Gainsville. Virtually all flights going to Gainsville go through Altanta. Easy drive from La. and almost everywhere in the SE. Could have been general admission and Ga Tech has the staff, concession people who would have loved an extra days pay! The UF staff did not want to work with anyone on this game!

Florida never wanted to play this game. They took the first opportunity to cancel when they knew they would be missing 4 starting defensive lineman. They saw this defense stop an offense a lot better than Florida's and they knew they would have to score points and while Missouri D is not Florida's, they still saw a new LSU offense that put up 654 yards and 42 points. They made know effort.

Ga State has a home game so the Georgia dome was unavailable.
