When I was working on the road, and bringing my dog with me, I felt bad having to leave it in the car for five minutes in the shade with a bowl of ice water. To leave a kid in the car at ask is fricking insane.
Manslaughter or bust. Police need to be held accountable as the general public would be.

I would go a step further and say police need have harsher punishments than regular citizens
