Golic on Mike & Mike lost a bet & had to eat some as a spread on a small sandwich & literally within minutes was sweating, mopping his face, and was in obvious pain. And this was after taking precautions given to him by a master chef: eat a banana, milk, etc. He said he did not leave his house the rest of the day.
