Okay, I'm going to assume that this is a real problem for you and respond accordingly.
My man, don't worry about this. You're around college age I'm guessing. Let me tell you, as someone who's lived with others and on my own several times, this isn't nearly the issue that you've built this up to be.
You stated that they only intended to live there a couple of years... so all of this is over a temporary situation. You haven't ruined anyone's life, no one is physically injured, and in a few weeks (if not in only a few days) no one will really care about this.
