Fact is, LA is a cesspool. You don't realize it until you move away how trashy it is. Will take a special coach to stay in B R long term.

No, fact is there are good places and bad places in La. just like any other state. Same with BR as a city. I have moved away due to career choices and nothing else. Not because I did not like BR. People can stay their long term in coach. Problem with La. is that the bad places are really bad. But coaches won't live in those places and are insulated.
