Most coaches evolve, adapt and get better over time.
The stubborn ones that don't, usually get fired.
I'm sure Ensminger is a better and more knowledgeable coach now, than he was at his previous stops. (The same with Nick and others)

If it is 180 passing yards per game 20 years ago and 170 rushing YPG that is like 230 and 220 these days. Things were slower back then and the offenses and plays were not as dynamic.
