If gas mileage doesn't matter, get an early 2000s model F series with the 7.3. Those engines are absolutely bullet proof. Know multiple guys with over 400,000 miles on theirs. One has over a million.

A few things:
just because you can tow 8100, doesn't mean it's safe and/or will not destroy your vehicle. I know someone that had a camper that fell just under the towing capacity of their explorer so that was their tow vehicle. Absolute destroyed it.
Fords with 7.3's are going to cost more than newer trucks (all else being equal) because of his great those engines are. I rue the day I sold mine.
