when I was a kid I used to go to Comeaux's on Kaliste Saloom, loved the boudin there, it was/is a gas station
Best Stop should obviously be included in your list

It's been 20+ years, and I can't remember if that is the place or not. Was comeaux's the place built kinda off the ground with wood floors, coolers all around the walls, and every kind/style of boudin known to man in there? I remember the little small links of boudin. Barely more than a bite. Can't remember the name of the place, but had the best boudin over ever eaten.
