Ohio state is all you have to look at.

He started the year with Braxton Miller who reinjured his shoulder in August then JT Barrett then Cardale Jones

Each one has extremely different skill sets and he morphed the offense every time. Scored no less than 42 points in POST SEASON PLAY with a QB who was a drop back big arm passer and had never started a game.

I believe I read somewhere that Herman was OC at Iowa state when they beat Ok State in 2009
