I don't think he is.
Obviously he has input on who is drafted and/or signed. Obviously he has input on which coaches come onto the staff. Obviously a lot of players brought in haven't worked out. The passing offense is always good, but the play-calling is erratic and the defense always sucks. Sucks.
Drew Brees is the only reason he still has a head coaching job in NOLA.
