Oh goddamn it, we are going to waste this head start to find a coach because "we are confident when the season closes we will have better understanding of this staff and what's the interest from external candidates"?

I wouldn't worry too much about what this guy claims. His info last time wasn't exactly accurate.

Downvote all you want. That was extremely poorly written and a horrible outlook on what is going on.
Are we really going to waste this time to dig behind the scenes, so we can evaluate this staff and wait for interest?

We are not wasting any head start in our search at all we are actually getting a leg up in the search. This is a positive.
