Until he stops turning the ball over and the coaching staff greatly imrpvoes, tampa is going no where.
they are in a shoot out, and about to lose, to 1 of the worst offensive teams in the NFL. This is solely on coaching.

Not in Tampa he won't. And what about that last drive makes you think he'll ever win anything in the NFL? One throw is great and the next one leaves you scratching your head. He's inconsistent and not very smart on the field. He's a decent qb stuck in a miserable, mismanaged organization.
