When a coach becomes as obstinate to change as Les has, change still happens. You just get left behind. Change doesn't care who you are or what you've done. You either change with it or you become a footnote.


Humans hate change, especially as we get older. That's a fact, but change still happens no matter if you change with it or not. We determine whether we win or not by being flexible or being hard headed.
