Above average at best. He's played with 1 qb for pretty much a decade so learning to get into rhythm with another is hard to do.
The thing is, this offense needs a scat back for it to work efficiently, that's when it opens things for the WR/TE. Look at our most efficient offenses (06-13) and compare it to 2014-now. Cadet is horrible and the play calling to him is gonna cost us games.
