Someone correct me if I am wrong, but if they don't have some representation then they are being excluded and that is WRONG. If they DO then that is a different offense?

There is nothing Disney can do. It's offensive if they sell it, it's offensive if they don't.
Apparently "marginalized" groups must always be offended because it's the only way they feel they can stay relevant.
