re: Storm Aftermath - Hurricane Matthew will be Retired

I wonder if Nicole is going to affect Matthew loop? Also my parents and all of my kin (about 70% of them and most of them is in advance ages 60 to up) lives in Savannah/Hinesville/Glennville GA area and if that new model is right, I probably need to tell them to go to Atlanta this weekend.

Also listening to the WC, explain the last time a hurricane landed in Florida/Georgia/S.C. coastline was 1898.
