There are still some things we need to clean up before the meat of the season. Yeah we could play our best for 60 minutes instead of getting up big and slowing down and playing clock ball. Les always does it and I hate it, but we got the W that's all we as fans wanted so let's build on that.

a win is not a win in NCAA. Thats why there are polls, not just division rankings. See what this "so called win" does for LSU in the polls and get back with me tomorrow.

We should move up a hair since FS, Iowa, and Ol miss lost. DE is a game manager and so far looks good. The defense is getting better every game. Just gotta play all out for 60 minutes and the Offense cab get in sync and rythem. I'm a fan that loves my team so I have to pump the sunshine. Although yeah I know clouds and come at anytime smdh

Positiger here, if and that is a big if, the Tigers manage to impove enough to survive until the Bama game, the outcome of this past game will just be a W. The defense is coming.

We beat a fricking god awful Mississippi State team by 3 but the sunshine pumpers are back thinking LSU is turning a corner after two cupcakes.

I get it, that's why I said that if this team can IMPORVE enough to have one loss going into the Bama game, that the ugly win against MOO state will just be a W to the Commitee. I did say "big if"

I appreciate your optimism but for those of us that have been around for a while we know that we are reliving the 1998 season. Unfortunately the collapse will be happening very soon. I really fear that our streak of consecutive bowl appearances is in jeopardy.

I have been around since 1965, just not commenting on this board that long since there was no Internet when I started following LSU, and recognize that next week could doom our Tigers to a 4 or 5 loss season, but I like my glass half full when it comes to the Tigers.
