What to me that was somewhat puzzling was when Everett asked her what her end game was or when the "protest" were going to stop. Her response was "I don't know" and "I have to talk to my family as I have not been home to discuss this."

I just am not sure she knows exactly what she is protesting for yet.

Who the hell are you or me to deny her her rights? Because
It offends you? Its legal and protected speech. Do you even watch women's soccer?

Neither am I. I mean, if you asked her point blank why, she might regurgitate a list of generic talking points about gay rights or pay inequality, but it doesn't seem like there's a focused message behind it at this point.

That's been my problem with Kaep from jump street. It's an open-ended, arbitrary protest. He'll stand when he feels the flag represents what it should. That could be for any length of time.

It's his right to protest what he wants, how he wants, but in order to be effective, a good protest needs a clear, measurable, attainable goal.
