Get ready for a fairy tale list.
Every rantard thinks we can have any coach in America no questions asked.

I've been ok with change for a while, not ok with settling for a substandard coach with no recruiting abilities, that may push the program into Worse shape than its in now, just to satisfy bandwagon fans who change allegiances at the drop of a hat.

I've been a pretty big Miles defender. He does a lot of things right, he's a great man personally, and he has kept us in the upper tier or college football consistently over his tenure. And frankly I'd rather win 8-10 frustrating games a year with the occasionally great year with him than go through what programs like Tennessee and Florida have gone through after they lost their great coaches.

That being said, if we can get a coach like Herman or Jimbo I'm on board. I know nothing is a sure thing, but you don't replace Les Miles with some unproven commodity. That's how you end up setting your program back a decade.

EXACTLY

When is the last time we actually had a top-notch upper echelon hire? Maybe Bill Arnsparger???

None of the past coaches were the "popular" best available at the time. And that certainly includes Little Nicky.
