It would also set the stage for an internal beer garden and food area if South Stadium Dorms can successfully be demolished....
then again, you have a beer garden type setup, how many tailgates would go away? AND, if it's in the right place, you could have it for baseball and basketball as well!!

I haven't had Parish and Great Raft but I would certainly try them
