Marie has Cajun Food Tours company. She drives the colorful little bus, takes you to about six places, gives you a history of the area and tells a few Cajun jokes. Her destinations vary, but the tour is good, imho.

Janky is right, don't eat at Avery Island. There is a new little restaurant on site, but I've heard (but not eaten there myself) that it's overpriced with small portions. I do know the menu is pretty limited.
Tabasco also now runs a food tour, but I haven't read reviews.
