While there are individually productive, intelligent and responsible black people, they have been so disappointing as a race. When's the last time 1,000 black people have moved into a neighborhood and made it better. I challenge you to give me an example.
When have black people moved en masse to a city/state/neighborhood and the result was less crime, safer streets, better schools and less reliance on government services?
