Harris panicked and threw the interception that ended LSU's chance to win at Lambeau. He could have run for 5 - 10 yards but didn't. I guess he isn't a duel threat after all.

Harris has no desire to run the ball. He is a gunslinger in his mind.
I dont know if that's his mentality, or if the coaches taught him that.
I would suggest he count to 3 while scanning the field, then take off. Too much hesitation.
