One of the only quality posts in this thread.

To the OP:

1.). You MUST get those other things checked. SHBG, Free T especially
2.). Are you fat? Fat tissue will turn T into E
3.). How's your sleep?

Testosterone should be a top 2 health concern for men over 30, it really does impact all areas of health. For some reason, we have an epidemic of low T vs. historical norms. I saw a study comparing levels today and those of essentially our grandparents and the drop is big.

Is it physical activity, environmental estrogens (like BPA), or the pussification of America?

The answer is unclear but keeping your T up should be emphasized over cholesterol for most men, and think about how society obsesses over that.

I'm 6' 170 soaking wet, I don't have any weight to lose.

How's your sleep?

Been terrible recently due to the anxious feelings/general blah that I've been feeling for the last couple of months.

I exercise pretty regularly (mostly cardio) and have everything else going for me (job, family, etc...) except for whatever is going on in my head/body causing me to feel kinda crappy.
