Why wasn't he brought on criminal charges? He assaulted a group of people unjustifiably. Can citizens pepper spray cops (or anyone for that matter) unjustifiably and completely escape all criminal liability? Why not?

they arent supposed to but Im sure it happens....or they get charged and charges get dropped.
Charges get dropped or arent brought up against criminals everyday.....just look in Orleans Parish how many thugs dont get indicted and charges get dropped and the judges put these criminals back on the streets to kill more of their own people.
Why isnt anyone protesting against that?
