Senior Detective: Lennie Briscoe (Orbach)
Junior Detective: Mike Logan (Noth)
Cap/Lt: Anita Van Buren (Merkerson)
Senior DA: Jack McCoy (Waterston)
Junior DA: Abbie Carmichael (Harmon)
DA: Adam Schiff (Hill)
Lennie and Mike had the best banter. Van Buren had snappier comebacks than Cragen. Jack and Abbie were good because he was a liberal and she was a pro-death-penalty, hang-em-all, sexy as hell Texan. And Schiff was an awesome, haggard, fair DA.
